Display Configuration & Touchscreen Calibration

My touchscreen is not working properly. It seems like it is not sensitive to touch. How do I fix it?

The touchscreen is not capacitive touch. In other words, it is not sensitive to heat like an iPhone. Try using a stylus-type object or the tip of your fingernail to select options on the screen.

How do I connect an external screen for secondary display?

For the display connection, the VGA port on the monitor is strictly for video output. Using a VGA-to-HDMI adapter to connect to a TV screen is plug-and-play and does not rely on Wi-Fi or the network. Once connected, you simply select the correct HDMI input on the TV screen and the display will work as expected. This is the correct and simplest way to provide a secondary display.

The USB ports on the monitor are not used to connect the monitor to a computer for video. They are only intended for external devices such as a keyboard, mouse, scanner, or USB storage.

The RJ-45 (Ethernet) port is for connecting to a computer. Even though it has Wi-Fi, the direct connection is always more stable and preferred.

Recommended setup:

• Video to TV: VGA → HDMI (plug-and-play)
• Network: Ethernet (preferred over Wi-Fi)
• USB: peripherals only
