You can order a monitor with confidence in knowing that you will receive everything you need. All of our capnography monitors include an integrated printer. The IM60, IM70, X8, X10 and X12 monitors also include the following accessories:  3-lead ECG cable, 3 different sizes of blood pressure cuffs, blood pressure hose, SpO2 sensor, reusable skin temperature probe, CO2 water trap, CO2 sample pack, thermal paper and battery. If you primarily see children, then let us know. We can customize the accessories for pediatrics.

In addition, the IM60, IM70, X8, X10 and X12 monitors include a customized training video, along with a quick reference guide to make your monitor setup quick and easy. The standard warranty on these monitors is 2 years; however, we include an extended one year warranty at no additional cost. So, your monitor will actually have a 3-year warranty. 
 

If you need assistance with your monitor, you can reach out to us directly at the number on the back of your monitor. We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue or will coordinate you directly with the service team, if necessary. In the event that you have to send your unit in for service, we have loaner units available at no cost to you. We only ask that you cover shipping to and from your office.
