Touch Screen Calibration

My touch screen is not working properly. It seems like it is not sensitive to touch. How do I fix it?

The touch screen is not capacitive touch. In other words, it is not sensitive to heat like an iPhone. Try using a stylus-type object or the tip of your fingernail to select options on the screen.
